New Year...New Me :)
Well we are 3 months into the new year, and as far as blogging I haven't done very well to keep udated. Don't know how many people actually care to read this but that is fine, makes me feel better after writing some things out.
Once again, since the last time I blogged a lot has changed. But, that's the way life is...just have to roll with the puches.
I can't believe it is already 2013. Seriously blows my mind to think that in a couple of months I will have been done with high school for 5 years. I am no where close to where I thought I would be. Probably like any typical senior, I figured I would be done with school and maybe nowhere near this town. But here I am..in this town...and not even near being done with school. There have been a few instances where it really bothered me but I am coming to accept the fact that life never goes as planned. I am alive, healthy, have a job, and happy...what really more do I need to ask for. I do still have goals for myself but I just know it is gonna take a lot more to get what I want. I plan to go back to school in the fall. I started going for Elementary Education but I think I will go back and get something basic for now.
I am still loving life at the bank. Bouncing back and forth between the teller line and once in awhile doing new accounts. Last week I started training the new teller (Lord, help us all right!?) But it made me feel good that they asked me to do it. Means my hard work for the past 10 months have paid off. I have made some great friends there and I am starting to feel pretty lucky that I have loved all my jobs I have had. I love working with the public and look forward to seeing the same faces week after week.
When this year started I said 2013 would be my year. So far, I am not complainig. I have some great plans for myself and I know I can follow through with it all. 2012 a lot of things happened that I cannot change or take back but there is no greater feeling than wiping the slate clean and starting fresh. I definitley have gained more respect for myself over the past year and figuring out the person I was meant to be. Everyone has their faults and I know I am nowhere close to perfect but I know all my mistakes and trials in the past have done nothing but make me a better person.
I have lots of plans over the year, At the end of this month my mom and I are off to Washington to see my sister. I am so excited to see her. I am very proud of her for taking a big leap of faith and trying something different. I know its not easy to leave and start over somewhere doing something completely new. She is a great person and has a good head on her shoulders so I know she is going to be just fine. I know it is an experience she will never forget nor regret.
Like I said life takes us to crazy places and I know I have hurt people along the way, you know who you are and for that I am sorry. I made a new years resolution to work on me and making myself happy. Meaning...I am going to do things for me. I am done doing things that other people think I should do or expect of me. People should hold high expectations for one another but as long as I am doing the best that is in me, people who truly care and love me will be supportive. While working on a better me that means being a better person. Paying it forward, lend a hand to someone in need, a

Wayyyy overdue!
Holy Cow! This year has seriously flown! I still can't wrap my head around the fact that it's December. Not to mention...my blogging has been horrible! I will try to vow to make it a priority this next year! My last blog was in February so I will try to do a fast recap on the year.
In April, Logan and I moved back from Arizona. It was definitely bittersweet. Although we missed family here, we left family we had made there. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about Phoenix and the wonderful friends that I met there. It was a great experience and I am so glad I went. Everyone has to spread there wings and live a little and for me it was much easier to do away from home. I felt that I grew so much there. And as I have continued to grow, I really believe I have become a better person over the year.
Right after getting back from Phoenix, I had a few job interviews and landed a job at Zions bank as a teller. I absolutely love my job. I pretty much am getting paid to talk all day :) When I was hired it was part time so I worked there and also went back to my old job at Land Title part time. After awhile I got more hours at the bank and am now there pretty much full time. In July, I went to training for "New Accounts" so I know bounce back and forth from behind the teller line and the desk. It was a little overwhelming at first but I think I have it down pretty well now. It gives me variety in my work and I really enjoy it.
This year has had its ups but it also has had its downs. Logan and I have had our issues, but what relationship doesn't? We have both made mistakes and we both are far from perfect. There were points that I never thought we would speak again but we have always come back to each other and have realized that it just might be meant to be. Our time apart helped us both grow as individuals and gave us a little space that we obviously needed. Not many people understand our relationship, but that's ok because really, no one needs to. He is my best friend and at the end of the day the person I want to be with. If anybody truly cares about me they will understand that and respect my decisions.
This year has also been a very hard year with friends. Friends I thought that would always be there for me that weren't. I hate being in bad with people but sometimes you can't change things. I have just come to accept the fact that people will always come in and out of your life, the ones who stay are the ones worth having. I probably haven't always been the best friend, but I try. Like I have said before I am not perfect and I never will claim to be. So, if I have hurt anybody , I am sorry.
As Odd as it is, seems like family isn't what it used to be either. I always counted on family being there when no one else was but it seems like my family on both sides is slipping apart too.
There have been quite a few times this year that I have felt at my all time low. But I have come to accept that people and things change. I have the few people that I know I can turn to and count on to be there for me. I have grown stronger over the year and for that I have become a better person.
Well now that that seemed depressing haha my next few posts should be a little bit happier! I truly do love my life and am thankful for everything that I do have. It's been a rough year but I have no doubt in my mind that everything ahead of me should be great. I will not let little things get to me and I am appreciating every day. Life is too short to be anything but happy!

Busy,busy,busy!
Wow what a crazy month is has been! I can't believe the end of this week will be March! This month has been pretty hectic as well, but I guess that's life! :)
My grandparents came down for a month and spent two weeks in Phoenix and two weeks in Lake Havasu. I seriously feel like I saw more of Phoenix when they were here then I have the 8 month I have lived here. I guess that is what happens when your life revolves around work and when I am not at work Logan and I dedicate ourselves to the couch and lots of movie nights :) which I don't mind at all!
These pictures are from when Logan and I hiked Camelback Mountain.....I seriously have been bugging him to go hiking since we got here (well minus the summer) and he finally agreed and about halfway up I wished that he had told me no ;) But once we made it to the top it was very rewarding and the overlook of the city was nice!
This right here would be my amazing grandparents!
While they were here in Phoenix we went up to Superstition Mountain, I seriously never realized how pretty Arizona actually was! There is an old mining town up there and apparently somewhere there is still gold that people actually still go to look for, there has even been people shot due to that...no thank you!
London Bridge
I then made my way up to Lake Havasu to see my grandparents one last time and one of my friends from work went with me! It was a short trip but it was such a breath of air from the big city, I didn't mind! We went and saw the London Bridge (crazy they actually brought that thing from London) and then we went to the sand dunes for a little fun! The sunset on the way home was absolutely gorgeous!
I love loved my grandparents being here! They have both been a big part of my life since I was little and they mean the world to me and I am glad I got to spend some time with them :)
I probably sound like I excluded Logan out of my little fun-fest but he actually went to Oklahoma City to work on the Devon World Headquarters right here! It is a 50 story corporate skyscraper that began construction in 2009 and will hopefully be finished this spring! (I say hopefully because from the way Logan talks there is no real movement there haha) I have missed him so much while he has been gone but he is getting good work experience and its good money!
Other than all that my life has been pretty much the same! I work like crazy still and finally got some of my own shifts, they went a lot smoother than I thought! I still am taking my online class, which I have kind of procrastinated on but I am determined to get done and pass with an A! :) Logan should be home next weekend (fingers crossed) and we will slip back into our usual ways for about a month then his mom, sister, brother, and sisters boyfriend are coming down for a few days and we have some fun things planned! I can't wait for them to get here! I also have some family friends that will be coming down at the end of the month for spring break so I am excited to see them as well!
All in all, life is great! I am super happy with what I have and who I have in my life. :)

A little update!
Ahh, can't believe we are a month into the new year already!! I remember being little and thought time drug on sooooo slow...now I seriously feel like I can't keep up with life! But I guess complaining won't get me anywhere and I need to just be thankful that I have still been given another day to live, so might as well make the most of it. :)
A little run down of what this month has brought me!
New Years Eve:
New Years Eve didn't turn out to be ideal like I had hoped for. I was asked to go work at the Tempe Store for the big block party they had going on at Mill Ave (I tell you what those Arizona people know how to party!) I was scheduled to work until 10 but due to the never ending line of crazy drunk people, I didn't get out of there until after 12. So I ended up ringing in the New Year with co-workers!
Promotion!
On January 12 I got promoted to a "shift leader" at work! I am really excited about it and worked really hard to get it! I did the shift meeting that morning and only got half-way through it before I cried :) Working in fast food really isn't ideal nor where I ever thought I would be but I actually don't mind it! I love my co-workers, they are my Arizona family! They have given me so much support in my sucess! I have met some amazing people there and have built some great friendships with them! Since I haven't ever held an actual "managment" position they just had me do mids to get a better feel for it. Next week I start out on my own...so we will see how I do! Kinda nervous! :S
As for everything else...I started school and so far it is not too bad but like always I am sure I will be complaining about it all here in a few weeks!
My grandparents just got into town today so we will see what kind of trouble we will get into ;)

Something New!
Well, it's about to be a new year and I figured there is no time like now to start a blog.
This year has been given me lots of changes. I know 5 years ago I would have never seen my life where I am now. I am very thankful for this past year, it has shaped me into the person I really at one point never thought I could be. I went through a dark time in my life and spent days barely getting by. I had a piece of cake job that I would never be on time too (thank god they loved me), school wasn't on high on my priority list, I chanced my life more times than I could count, and I lived to please everyone but myself. Basically, I lived for the weekend and the only thing that was important to me was alcohol and partying. I became the person I never said I would be...
Two very special people in my life helped pull me out of this spot that I at the time thought was "the time of my life" I would seriously cry and say I wanted to change but it never happened I let it become a weakness and I would eventually slip back into my old ways. Brittany & Logan are seriously heaven sent...they made me realize that there is so much more to life than what I was seeing.
Over the year I overcame my struggles and finally I am now on MY own two feet. I moved to Phoenix and it was definitley something that I needed, I needed a change and a fresh start. This year I have grown up so much and it is such a blessing. I look back and think this was all lessons learned and I am now who I always envisioned myself .
I am going into the new year with a great head on my shoulders. I am enrolling back into school and am gonna buckle down and accomplish it all as fast as I possibly can, I am about to get a promotion at work, I have mended friendships, I have the strongest relationship with my family more than ever, and I am also dating the most amazing guy who I love so incredibly much! I have so many blessing in my life and I am so thankful for it all. 2012 is gonna be a great year and it hold so much for me<3
